Thomas Lee Recruitment is an independent recruitment business based in Tamworth, just outside Birmingham. Established in 2016, we focus on permanent engineering, manufacturing and technical sales recruitment for UK businesses, especially SMEs.
I’m Mark Hopkins, an engineer by background and a recruiter since 2005. I want to understand what your business does, what the job involves and how you like to work. Our two core specialisms are engineering and manufacturing recruitment and technical sales recruitment.

Bio: My career in Engineering began at the age of 16 when I secured a MOD traineeship at DTEO Aberporth. During my time there, I honed my skills across various disciplines, from Electronics to Machining, Fabrication, and Welding. Eager to expand my knowledge, I went on to pursue an Apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance Airframe & Propulsion at RAF St Athan. After completing my apprenticeship, I continued my studies at Bristol College, where I earned a degree in Aerospace Engineering while working towards my Aircraft Licence (B1/B2).
