One candidate archetype we never really talk about enough is the person who’s had 3–5 jobs in a relatively short period of time and is now struggling to get back on track.
The standard advice online often says job hopping is a good thing.
And sometimes it is.
But sometimes it points to something else entirely.
Bad decisions. Poor environments. Panic moves. Lack of direction. Unrealistic expectations. Confidence knocks. Sometimes just life getting in the way.
The problem is, once it starts stacking up on a CV, employers begin asking questions, whether fairly or unfairly.
So I made a video on it.
