This is an older video, but the interview questions haven’t really changed over the years.
“Tell me about yourself.”
“What are your weaknesses?”
“Why should we hire you?”
“Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”
Most people panic because they think interviews are about having perfect answers.
They’re not.
A lot of interviews are simply about confidence, communication, preparation, and whether the company can picture working with you every day.
The mistake people make is either talking too much, sounding too rehearsed, or not answering the actual question being asked.
This video covers some of the more typical interview questions, how to approach them, and what employers are usually trying to understand when they ask them.
Sometimes it’s not about having the perfect answer.
It’s about giving a believable one.
